In October 2019, OOTO Enterprises LLC became a reality and has gone through 100% successful pet deliveries while staying healthy during a pandemic and safety first which includes using weather radar to avoid major storms.

Most pet transportation jobs that I do are either.
1) Pet(s) are staying in the family but entire family is relocating; usually family is driving separately or flying.
2) pet is going to a family member temporarily (usually military orders or short term assisted services.
3) family vacations (the family wants their pets to be with them on the family holidays.
I rarely pickup from puppy breeders, unless the puppies are graduating from pet training services, which means they are fully vaccinated and they are most likely not going to have behavior issues that may bother a new owner.
All pets I transport must have Pet Health Certificate and/or up-to-date vaccination records or if the pup or kitten is to young for their full set, deliveries must be the same day or next day drop-off and a liability waiver must be signed by the shipper and receiver prior to pickup and the shipper must be providing a carrier for the your pet they are sending off with me.
My Prices:
Very Important Pet (VIP) pricing start at $1 per a mile, lodging ( $120 per a night covers my room and your pet's hotel fee), administrative fee ($144) and any additional services such as professionally groomed by service providers on route, doggie day care (if you want significant dog play time on the route.
Example from a past client. Instead of 8 hours straight on the road, she wanted me to drive 4 hours per per a day, 2 hours of doggie play at a doggie day care or wanted me to find and open field to play with her dog before stopping for the night., She wanted pet friendly lodging. She didn't want her expensive dog in an economy hotel. She paid for 1 night for her dog and me in Homewood Suites by Hilton. With pet hotel pet fee and room cost with tax, That 1 night was $180. Before drop-off the next day she wanted pet grooming services. Her routes mileage was was 500. $500 mileage, $180 for hotel, pet grooming $70 + $144 administration fee. My company was paid $894 to take care of all the above. My fuel cost was $170. After all expenses was paid I had roughly $474 for 2 days of work. I didn't have any pickups in or near the area. If I had a pickup near her drop-off, It would have been a great 2 day income. This time it wasn't that but I had many transports that were rewarding.
I appreciate when my clients pick this the VIP option or solo option because I get better rest on the trip. The vehicle tends to be in safer parking lots and most of the time, the pet friendly hotels are sanitized better. Most important, when we charge appropriately, we can invest better in maintaining our vehicles. So I will close this paragraph with this, try not go with low baller bidders, don't put people on the road in a dangerous situation because a low ball driver from a shady bidding website isn't getting proper rest, sleeping in their cars and not able to afford proper maintenance.
My Solo Pet transportation cost are $1 a mile. This covers fuel, vehicle maintenance , pet friendly lodging (per a night) and administrative expenses ($144.00). Add-on services like professional pet grooming can be billed separately.
Any special needs pets, anxiety or pets with medication, please choose VIP option. Long trips can be challenging due to road and weather conditions, when pets have special needs, those long miles or extra time needed makes it harder with everyone involved. Thank you for your understanding.
Solo Express- $0.75 a mile This covers fuel, vehicle maintenance , budget pet friendly lodging and administrative expenses of $144. Same day delivery over 300 miles must choose either VIP or this option.
Same day transportation services less than 300 miles. $0.57 a mile plus $144 administrative expenses .
I also provide pet nanny services starting at $250 a day, if airline ticket is purchased for me, pet is dropped off and picked up at airport. Price goes up if ground transportation and overnight stay is required on either end of the trip and of course if I have to buy the airline ticket for myself and your pet. Pet tickets on United in 2024 were $150.
If the above prices are too much for your budget. I can assist with getting you with another pet delivery company. Some could cost as little as $0.35 a mile. (Most likely a pet rideshare service)

My business address is mostly for picking. up business mail. I do have meetings there, using one of Spaces Work business meeting rooms on the 18th floor. However, I am on the road a lot. If you need a face to face meeting, please understand, No pets are allowed in the building. To see me in person at my business address, please book at least a month in advance to take myself off of availability for pet deliveries.
I get booked by VIP companies often. If I am booked on the date you need, if you are flexible I can fit you in before or after; Sometimes pet rideshare is available. Due to pet insurance policy, I can't transport more than 5 pets in a vehicle. Pet rideshares will never have more than 5 pets.
Other option if I am not available and your travel dates are not flexible. I can refer you directly to Sunny Pet Adventure LLC or the VIP Companies that I drive for or refer you to other pet transportation companies that are USDA registered and that have a great reputation.
Solo (one pet household). If you are traveling with more than 5 pets. I can file for umbrella insurance policy under my general contractor insurance policy, It will raise the standard solo rate above $1 a mile.
Pet Handlers - I use Sunny Pet Adventure when additional pet handlers are needed for trips and when in-cabin flight nanny services are requested.

March - June 2020 lockdown, "Essential workers"
During this time I was only during VIP transports for VIP transportation companies. I ceased all private deliveries directly to my company due to allot of check points and random searched. State Troopers looked for any reason to pull anyone over during this mostly deserted highways. I was pulled over 11 times in a 3 month period for road side inspection.

Often times, I'll have a one way trip and will ride empty until I get the next call from a VIP pet delivery company, a website request from this website or I look on a few bidding websites like Citizenshipper. Trip 8 and 9 was the case. Trip 8 ended at a Naval Base in Seattle. I started to head south towards Arizona (company HQ in Phoenix.). While I was visiting Arches National Park, I received a VIP request from Happy Tails Travel Inc. I drove empty from Utah to New Orleans.
The reason I am bringing this to your attention. This is the main reason, VIP and solo jobs start at $1 a mile. Too many times, myself and/or other pet delivery companies go to an area to drop-off a pet and will be leaving the area empty. I try to make sure other pet(s) are being picked up within 12 hour drive off of a pet departure. If a pickup is within 2 hour drive of the previous drop-off and departing same day or next day. I will offer between $0.71 - $1 a mile solo services.
